When it comes to athlete comfort, moisture management is key.

We have no intention of being just another brand. So, as well as offering athletes optimal technical performance, we strive to implement initiatives and procedures that allow us to be more respectful towards the environment.
For this reason, iDT Neo Recycled technology, in addition to being combined with a cross-section polyester, uses recycled polyester in the yarn that supports the ionic carbonised bamboo particles.

Increased expansion of humidity and larger evaporation field and surface area. Thanks to its five channels, its structure increases the amount of sweat that is expelled to the outside and dries it out more quickly, keeping your body at an optimum temperature.

iDT Neo Recycled incorporates polyester from recycled sources.

The recycled polyester on which the carbonised bamboo ionic particles are based is obtained from industrial waste from the textile chain, along with selected PET containers that are shredded and extruded before being reprocessed and converted into new polymers.

Thanks to our demanding supplier selection process, our recycled polyester supplier is a firm of Spanish origin with the GRS (Global Recycled Standard) seal. This certification guarantees that, as well as being a more environmentally friendly yarn, it meets all the performance requirements of the virgin polymer used so far in iDT Neo technology. Optimized properties:

Now the details also make the difference:

  • More natural and soft to the touch:

    The zig-zag structure makes the material bend and stretch easily thanks to its particular shape incorporating 5 channels (this is perceived as providing a more spongy, softer texture). 

  • More lively colors:

    The greater surface area of the new polyester yarn allows for a better absorption of the dyes thus enhancing the colour of the garment.

  • Ironed effect:

    No matter what movement you make, the iDT neo fabric recovers its structure smoothly as soon as you stop exerting pressure on it.
  • The recycled polyester that supports the ionic carbonised bamboo particles is combined with a new cross-sectional polyester with a surface area three times larger than conventional polyester, multiplying the moisture absorption, dissipation and drying performance
    The silver base grid exerts antibacterial power across the entire garment as a guarantee of anti-odor durability.

    DRYING SPEED TEST

    IN COMPARISON WITH CONVENTIONAL POLYESTER AND COTTON FABRIC

    In this test, a standard amount of fabric was moistened with a standard amount of distilled water and the drying time was measured. The complete drying process for the new yarn combining IDT Neo (Dry Touch) took just 52 minutes.

    ABSORBENCY SPEED TEST *

    A standard amount of water (approximately one drop) is placed on the fabric and the amount of time it takes to absorb the water is measured.
    The new yarn combining with iDT Neo absorbs water faster than any other known fabric.
