Production · Zero kilometre

When everything is made in-house,
it shows

We design, develop and manufacture entirely at our headquarters in Ontinyent (Valencia). This allows us to control quality, guarantee ethical working conditions and keep the impact of transport to a minimum.

All our production is 100% local and close to home, just like our suppliers and team members. We are committed to the local economy as a way to create stable jobs, minimise travel and strengthen the local industrial fabric.

Quality · Conscious consumption

Quality that lasts, for more mindful consumption

At Lurbel, we are committed to creating durable products that stand the test of time and intensive use.

Quality is one of our main forms of sustainability: we constantly invest in technical improvements to extend the life of every garment, reduce waste and encourage more conscious purchasing decisions.

175,198 tonnes
of CO₂ kept out
of the atmosphere

Over 400 solar panels generate 41% of our energy needs. The rest comes from renewable sources. All the energy we use is green. Our knitting machines also carry the Green Certified seal seal.

Renewable energy
100% green energy Our own photovoltaic plant of up to 200 kW/h + an energy supplier that uses only renewable sources. Cumulative savings: 175,198 t of CO₂, equivalent to 14,015 trees.
Reducing CO2 emissions
Emissions reduction We have calculated our carbon footprint every year since 2017. For the last four consecutive years, we have not only calculated it but also reduced it.
Responsible packaging
Responsible packaging PEFC-certified cardboard for base-layer garments. Reusable sports pouches for outerwear. Waste sorting and management through approved companies.
Water management
Water management We promote the responsible use of our products to reduce water consumption, with a target of a 35% reduction per tonne of product manufactured.
2030 Goal Climate-positive operations and net-zero emissions across the entire value chain. 100% recyclable or reusable packaging. Zero plastic waste released into nature.

Recycled wherever performance allows

Integrating recycled materials without compromising the product's technical function is the balance we pursue. We work with recycled yarns validated by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, which verifies the origin of materials and audits every step of the supply chain. We use Mulesing Free wool: merino wool produced without practices that are painful for the animal, as a guarantee that the athlete's comfort is not achieved at the expense of animal welfare.

Actions · CSR

Movement with purpose

We support sporting, charitable and social initiatives linked to health, the environment and well-being. We collaborate with projects that promote active, conscious lifestyles and reflect the values we share with those who trust our garments.
