If everything is correct, you will see on the screen that the order has been placed and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
All shipments within the European Union are free of charge from a minimum purchase. In Spain the minimum is 30€, in Portugal the minimum is 60€ and for the Balearic Islands and Portugal and the rest of countries the minimum is 70€ (for purchases below these amounts, the shipping cost is 3,99€ for Spain, 9,90€ for Portugal, 12,90€ for the Balearic Islands and 13,99€ for the rest of countries). Although shipping is assumed by us, those shipments destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. These taxes vary and are required by local authorities, we can not know the amount, so they will be your responsibility. Please note that if necessary, you must pay import duties when invoiced by the national authorities.
If your order is destined for Spain Peninsula (Portugal): our delivery time is 24/48h on working days, on weekends there is no delivery. All orders placed before 16:00, will be handled the same day.
For purchases after this time or on weekends the delivery time varies between 3 and 4* days. You have to take into account that the transport company does not deliver on weekends.
– Balearic Islands destination: the delivery time will be 3 to 4* days.
– Destination EU country: delivery time will be 6-7* days.
– Destination a country outside the EU: the delivery time will be 6-7* days.
*Longer delivery time is for remote locations.

Of course! You have 30 days to make a return or exchange from the moment you receive your order. For returns in Spain (mainland only) you will need to contact us via email or by calling us on +34 960 200 504.
Or contact us via WhatsApp, and we will get in touch to arrange the return. If you decide to have your return collected at the address of your choice, you won’t need to print anything, just have the parcel ready for when they come to collect it. There is a charge for this service, which needs to be paid between 8 and 10 working days.
