Studies
Our recovery garments under scrutiny
The perception of fatigue and pain is less than 24 hours of a long distance race with the use of the Response leggings and Flow t-shirt.
Fatigue
The overall fatigue post 24h with the use of the two garments is 25% lower than the runners who did not use them.
General pain
The overall pain post 24h with the use of the Response tights and Flow T-shirt is 30.53% lower than runners who did not use them.
“I have a better feeling of recovery at 24h compared to after other similar races.”
David Valero
Spanish Mountain Bike XCO Champion with Flow t-shirt and Response leggings
Biochemical variables
Faster recovery
C Reactive protein
At the inflammatory level (C reactive protein) it was observed that the recovery of this enzyme was faster when using the Response leggings and the Flow t-shirt, thus we observed that it has lower values in the athletes who wore the garments during the 24 hours after the race.
Kinase protein
On a muscular level, a faster recovery can be seen in the athletes who wore the Response leggings and the Flow T-shirt for 24 hours after the race. This data comes from observing Creatine Kinase, a marker of muscle damage.
