Real sustainability, total commitment
Production · Kilometre zero
When everything is made in-house,
it shows
We design, develop and manufacture entirely at our headquarters in Ontinyent (València). That allows us to control quality, guarantee ethical working conditions and minimise the impact caused by transport.
All production is 100% national and local, just like our suppliers and team members. We believe in the local economy as a way to create stable jobs, reduce transport and strengthen the local industrial fabric.
Quality · Conscious consumption
Lasting quality, for more conscious consumption
At Lurbel, we are committed to creating durable products that stand the test of time and intensive use.
Quality is one of our main forms of sustainability: we invest in constant technical improvements to extend the lifespan of every garment, reduce waste and encourage more conscious purchasing decisions.
Energy · Packaging · Emissions
175,198 tonnes
of CO₂ that are not
in the atmosphere
More than 400 solar panels generate 41% of our energy needs. The rest comes from renewable sources. All the energy we use is green. Our knitting machines also carry the Green Certified seal.

Recycled, where performance allows it
Integrating recycled materials without compromising the product’s technical function is the balance we aim for. We work with recycled yarns validated by Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, which verifies the origin of the materials and audits every step of the supply chain.
We use Mulesing Free wool: merino wool produced without painful practices for the animal, as a guarantee that the athlete’s comfort is never achieved at the expense of animal welfare.
Actions · CSR
Movement with purpose
We support sports, social and charitable initiatives connected to health, the environment and wellbeing. We collaborate with projects that promote active, conscious lifestyles and reflect the values we share with those who trust our garments.
