In 2012, Lurbel turned Regenactiv® fibre, originally for medical use, into the basis of a revolutionary technology for sport: Bmax. By combining it with other technical fibres —such as multichannel, hollow or natural structures like merino—, a family of fabrics was born that adapts to different conditions, always with the same goal: protecting the skin from overheating, moisture and friction, and keeping feet in optimal condition to perform more and better.

Bmax Hollow keeps the same benefits for the skin but incorporates a different internal structure: a hollow fibre of recycled origin that retains body heat while expelling moisture to the outside. This duality makes it possible to keep feet dry without giving up thermal comfort, something essential in disciplines such as winter trail running, mountain activities or outdoor training during the coldest months.

Bmax Merino incorporates merino wool together with a percentage of Regenactiv® to maximise thermal capacity while reducing the risk of friction irritation. Its structure carries moisture outwards while keeping the heat inside the garment, while the skin stays clean, dry and protected.
