Lurbel, official sponsor of Sierra Menta, Spanish and Andalusian Skimo Championships 2025
The inclusion of ski mountaineering in the official programme of the Milan-Cortina D’Ampezzo 2026 Olympic Winter Games, unanimously approved by the International Olympic Committee, has further boosted the relevance of this discipline at national level. With this, in the 2025 season, the national calendar will have nine events distributed between the Cup and the Spanish Championships.
The last of these will take place on 28, 29 and 30 March 2025. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and the CD Sabika will be the main protagonists during the Spanish and Andalusian Ski Mountaineering Championships in the Vertical, Individual and Team categories.
The FEDME, the FADMES and the Sabika Sports Club, as co-organisers of the event, will guarantee that the mountains of the Andalusian mountain range will be the perfect setting for one of the most outstanding competitions of the season, consolidating Sierra Nevada as a benchmark in ski mountaineering.
